I wish I could find more rocked out blues like this, 80s era ZZ Top, the Blindside Blues Band, Glen Kaiser Band, etc. It's fun music, but the rock edge really makes it more so for me.

I think my Grandma has it somewhere on digital. I've only ever heard it through two CD's my mom recorded it on. I'll share it if I can find a way though.

I listened to them for the first time last year and I thought the same as well. I think we appreciate many different styles of music much more than when we were younger.

Soundtrack - 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968)

Not metal, not rock but I like it ever since I listened to my Dad's soundtrack on vinyl when it came out.
Very eclectic soundtrack. It opens and closes with the signature epic theme song then sandwiched with scary original Exorcist movie like noises.
