Lament (Death Metal from Mexico)

So seeing the post about Lament had me going back to my Tears of a Leper release and wondering how to get more of their music.



I reached out to them on Facebook and have been communicating with Abel one of the founders of the band. He has CD's available of all releases and will sell digital copies as well.

He said :

CD's would be $20 including international airmail certified shipping each CD.
Digital is 10$ delivered as .wav via email and payment on paypal (

Sounds like he could use a little financial relief so if you are interested hit him up. I will when I get some more music money.

Roxx also carries the "Left Behind" CD for $10.  It is a limited run of 300 copies.

The other CD's are much harder to find and his prices seem fair for those.

Also if you like Lament you may like Abel's side project Comunidad Del Metal.   It is more straight-forward heavy metal, fairly simple song structures, catchy riffs, and some Iron Maiden flourishes here and there. One or two songs have a female vocalist, and those songs tend to sound a bit more like heavy new wave.   Lyrics are all in Spanish. 

Yeah I saw those but if I can "directly" support an artist I prefer to do it that way, even if I pay a little more.
