Re: New Kansas
I don't remember if I have ever heard a Kansas album in it's entirety. While not typically a fan of progressive rock, this actually sounds pretty good to me. Any suggestions on where to start or albums to skip?
Re: New Kansas
Honestly the only one I ever owned was Greatest Hits. I think I had "Power" on cassette when I was in high school and it was pretty good. I love their music but don't really have any albums. But this new tune is pretty good.

Re: New Kansas
The only albums I own are Masque, Point of Know Return, and Audio-Visions. Of those, POKR is probably a good start, it's got their biggest hit with Dust in the Wind, and it's relatively accesible.

Re: New Kansas
Alldat, I'd start with the albums Elefante sang on as they mostly stay away from the longer songs and have some of that Elefante sound. PoKR is good like WildWord said and my favorite is Leftoverture.

I like this song.
I have watched the documentary "Miracles Out Of Nowhere" several times. I highly recommend it.

Like Black Rider, my favorite is Leftoverture, although my #1 favorite song of theirs is an Elephante one, "Play The Game Tonight."
I also agree that POKT would be a good introduction to the band, or the Greatest Hits.
