I think our genre is "technical thrash" too, although I can't get Metal-Archives or RateYourMusic.com to label it as such.

I see they list other bands that was that, although I really like their music, I wouldn't call them tech thrash.

Seems like technical these days means "anything with a lot of finger tapping".

I doubt most of these bands could play the rhythm guitar parts to something like, say, Vio-lence from start to finish.
