Ratt - Out of the Cellar is a winner. But the other albums are a mixed bag of great songs and filler…
I definitely recommend their “Ratt n Roll” 81-91 greatest hits album. It also has the amazing song “Nobody Rides for Free”, which was a song written for the movie Point Break.

Not exactly hair metal as they kind of predate it, but all of the Y&T albums from Earthshaker up through Down For the Count are essential as well, though they have more of a grittier hard rock sound as opposed to the more over the top sound.
