Becoming The Archetype are back! Their new album "Children of the Great Extinction" will be out on August 26 via Solid State Records.
The 2022 line-up features original members Jason Wisdom (Death Therapy, lead vocals/bass), Brent Duckett (drums), and Seth Hecox (guitar, keys, backing vocals). Plus, on guitar Nate Washburn of My Epic, who also produced the album.

Awesome! Love that Duck is back on drums. So amazing that they are already finished with it! Both this and the new Demon Hunter will be out within a month of each other!

Pre-orders are up at Solid State!  The album cover doesn't have the band name or album title anywhere.  I'm curious if it will and if so, which BTA logo they'll use...  (I was always partial to the logo used on The Physics Of Fire through Celestial Completion.)

Yes! Pre-Ordered on iTunes. The opener is exactly what I hoped it would be. It's a remarkably consistent album all the way through. To my mind, it feels like the stylistic sequel to Dichotomy. It's a very fun listen all the way through. Very happy to have BtA back! This was a triumphant return to me. Hoping for a tour and even more so for more music.
