I had to drive a little over three hours each way, but I got to hang out and record with Kelly Matthews and Jeff Grady of Lordchain today.  They are working on another worship EP.  As you know, their idea of worship sounds nothing like what is on the radio or is in most churches on Sunday.  They aren't afraid to rock!

They are doing five songs on this next one, and I got to do the bass on all five tracks.  With their last one, I was only on three songs.  So, this one is even more special to me as I was able to do the whole project with them.

I don't know the time frame for the release of this album, but I will keep you posted when i know more.

It was awesome fun!  I have worked with a few people on their music and on mine.  Usually we send song files via the internet.  It is cooler to actually be in the studio working right there with the rest of the band.

I wished I lived close enough to be a bigger part in the Lordchain family.  I will settle for getting to be on a couple of their recordings.

You are a fantastic bass player, I'm sure your contribution to the forthcoming Lordchain Praise EP will be equally excellent.  Cool that you got to collaborate with the guys in person.
