HELP! Christian band that sounds like The Haunted (Revolver album)

Hi, 

I really like the album 'Revolver' by the Haunted - and I listen to it on repeat. But I'm devoted Christian and would love to find a band and album that sounds like this or better. 

I'm also looking for a band / albums like the band converge. 

Any suggestions appreciated - but nothing that doesn't sound dissimilar please. 

I like fleshkiller, zao, afterimage, norma jean - but these are more slower metalcore bands and would like something better - more thrash / heavy / deathcore, etc.

Are you wanting clean vocals like the Haunted or growls or does that matter?

I love hunting down new music

I prefer screamy music, but some cleans are good too!

Not a perfect fit, but this may be in the same ballpark. 

The band: Mindrage
I believe they only released one album. The guitarist/singer had joined Evanescence. I would say they are closer to the (metal-core) era with Marco rather than the original lineup of the Haunted with Peter Dolving.

I would check out every album from Saint Spirit on Bandcamp.  Good band that I think is in a similar style to The Haunted.

Once Dead - Visions of Hell is also worth a try I think.

Extol "might" be worth a look but I 2nd the Saint Spirit recommendation and their latest is very up your ally with more of a metalcore scream vibe.

I generally don't like metalcore but this sounds like a cut above IMHO.

The only thing missing with Mindrage is no solos. I like a few colorful lead breaks here and there... But it’s not always a deal breaker.

I was a big fan of the first Haunted album in 1998. The selling point was that they were very influenced musically by Dark Angel.

Check out The Showdown. I saw these guys open for Extol along with Becoming the Archetype many years ago. They reminded of the Haunted meets Lamb of God.
