Can't wait!
Helloween is a sentimental band for me. I have lots of great memories tied to their music.

The album cover art is their best since the 80s, maybe ever. I'm pretty excited about this, mainly because I have a certain degree of confidence that Kai Hansen will keep things metal.

I like all the vocalists but my favorite album is with Deris, his voice has a little rasp that I like.

Deris has an instantly recognizable voice.

I'm also quite fond of Deris, he sounds pretty unique. Kiske is a real vocal powerhouse but there like him there are dozens within the power metal genre. Besides, Deris brings a lot of character to the music with his playfulness, both in songwriting and lyrics. Kiske on the other hand never impressed me with his songwriting, and yes, I'm aware of the fact he wrote a few songs for the Keeper albums. But I'm of the opinion that there was too much filler on those first two Keeper albums.

Re: Helloween Announces new Album and teaser single
I'm probably in the minority on this but...
My Kiske-era Helloween ranking:
1. Keeper Part I
2. Pink Bubbles Go Ape
3. Keeper Part II
4. Chameleon
I really like them all though.
Even though I was introduced to the band during the Kiske era, Andi Deris is the voice of Helloween IMO.
