I am really torn on this one. I was really looking forward to the release until I saw that there are no bonus tracks, and that it is just the one 7 song demo. I was hoping they would combine Ruler and Power & Glory onto one release, but it looks like they will be releasing Ruler, Power & Glory, and The Wrath individually. 

I have the Demon Doll Records digital download I purchased back in 2011/2012? of Power & Glory that included some demos from other sources, as well as custom remastered cds I purchased directly from Manny Castillo of Paradox back in 2013? of Ruler, Power & Glory and The Wrath.

I will have to think about this one.

At least there is a new Paradox release on the horizon

Hope they post some samples, i am not familiar with Paradox. I'll have to go on youtube and dig around.

I used to have "The Wrath" on CD.   From what I recall, there was a lot of jamming on that one, it was not as straight-forward as their earlier material.

I wonder when some record company is going to tackle the Apostle material.

I thought that the rights to the music were in permanent limbo because of Matt Harding's passing away in 2012?

^ Oh, I don't know...that would be a shame if that is the case.  

I wonder if that would also mean a reissue of Watchmen material would be hampered because Greg Sweet passed away in 2015....?  I guess it depends on who owned / owns the rights.

I believe Greg Sweet owned the rights (I also believe he is the one who did the remaster/reissue of them for digital release).

I am not sure who got the rights after he passed, I would assume his spouse

I tried to contact Matt's widow through his band members.  I would have released these had I been able to make that connection.  However, I could never get her contact info from those guys.  My guess is that Apostle reissues are a lost cause.

After comparing the 3 samples Matt has up on YouTube with the disc Manny Castillo made for me a while back, I went ahead and ordered the one from Boone's.

Glad to see this getting more recognition! I've got the cassette and copied it to CD. I wonder why some great bands like them and Soldier didn't get on a good label? They're highly regarded in the Christian Metal scene.

Go here and read the comments. This is Manny's channel and he did mention there that the releases should be coming from RetroActive.

I did discover that I have the Demon Doll version of "Power & Glory".  Cool!

The CDs for the Retroactive release of "Ruler" are shipping now.  If you preordered, the MP3s of this have been emailed as well.

Retroactive now has the preorders going for Paradox's "Power & Glory" up now.  It will ship in November.

Looks like "Power & Glory" is officially out now.  

Girder, Roxx, and Boone's didn't have it on their sites during the holiday sales.

I purchased both "Ruler" and "Power & Glory". Been waiting for an official release of these for 30+ years. Retroactive did a great job with these! The packaging and remastering are great! Up next...The Wrath...followed by a new album The Return. Both coming in 2021!
