Signum Regis - Decennium Primum (new full length!)

Great news from the Signum Regis camp!  What was to be an EP is now a full-length and up for pre-order!  Signum Regis has quickly become one of my favorite power metal bands who consistently churn out stellar music.  Here's a quick video of Ronnie giving the news:

I was coming to post this but you beat me to it. This is great news. SR just keeps putting out good album after good album. An instant buy for me.

This band seems to get better and better, as far as I know their discography. I'm really excited about the fact that this EP turned into a regular album, it means there's a good source of inspiration.

The fact that Ronnie is bass player and band leader means something that's pretty rare in euro power metal, namely audible bass. This kind of adds to the charm of Signum Regis I have to say.

Just finished my first listen to the full album. It's as good as I hoped. These guys just keep getting better and better.

Right on!  I just bought it too – as well as the Trigger album (which I’m listening to now) – and can’t wait to hear it!  I’m loving the instant‑download option and had no idea that I’d get Trigger’s album digitally right away too!  Score. 

I think you will enjoy Trigger. Mention them to Ronnie the next time you talk to him. I think he was a little surprised that Trigger and Vindex are known in the US.

Back to topic... My first favorite song from the new album is The Future King.

The Trigger album is good! I like SR more though Trigger is quite nice. And I like that they sing in Czech too.

I'm about halfway through the new SR album now and am thinking this might just be their best yet. It's great!

Killer CHRISTIAN power metal song under 5 minutes in length and no driving double bass through out the whole song! Excellent!

I thought I would bump this thread since tomorrow is the official release date. I've been listening to this group of musicians for about four years now and it doesn't matter if it's Trigger, Vindex or Signum Regis, these guys never fail to impress. Decennium Primum is no exception. It's an excellent album.

It is indeed!  I haven't got the Vindex albums but hopefully one of these days...  My copies of Decennium Primum and Trigger's album just arrived in the mail (though I got the digital files when I pre-ordered some time ago).

I was actually just cranking Chapter IV: The Reckoning this morning on my way to work. 

I've actually had it for a couple days now. Have spun it a few times. Another solid release from these guys. Not sure where I would rank it with their other albums.

I only had Chapter IV and absolutely loved it! I preordered this and got the download a month ago but now that the actual CD came Ive been cranking it. I can't listen without the lyrics. I had my doubts when just listening to the mp3s but after diving in the last few days, this album is fantastic! 

I also ordered "Eyes of Power." I'm excited to get into more of these guys. I can see myself with the catalog eventually.

Ok, that makes three of you who have already received their cd. I haven't. I want my autographed cd!!

I didn't get the autographed version for what it's worth. They said Mayo was gone when they came in and the autographed version would come a little later for that reason. My shipped the day they came in instead.
