The Front - S/T 1989
The Front is a band that I don't hear much of. Back in the late 80's I remember when the video for their song "Fire" hit MTV, I went out and got the album right away. I thought it had a cool quasi-psychedelic rock vibe to it. A mix of The Doors, Billy Idol, and at moments tinges of the The Cult.
There is a playlist for the whole album:

Joined the forum so I could comment on this post. One of my favourite albums which I own three copies of for some strange reason. They followed this up with an equally impressive album but they changed the band name to Bakers Pink. Not a great career move.
There was a live album released a couple of years ago but I have yet to purchase. Pretty sure it's on iTunes.

I read about the name change on Wikipedia. It seems like it was label pressure, but agree it sounded stupid even for that era.

I love looking at old flyers for concerts. I have some from when I lived in South Florida. They are for the only Christian rock/metal club we had down there.
