Walmart doesn't sell electric basses, Nike shoes, software, trombones, or router tables. Thus they don't sell everything.

Go into a store and find those. Won't happen.
Walmart's online division is a separate entity. They actually pay another company to oversee the online ordering and shipping. So, while it has the Walmart name on it, their online services could easily be argued that they belong to someone else. Thus, they don't sell everything--the other company does it.
