Which songs "pump you up"?
Basically, which metal or hard rock songs get you in the mood to exercise (be it running, weightlifting, or whatever you do)? I exercise by power-walking and running, and here are the songs that pump me up when i do that:
Hammerfall: Heeding the Call, Origins
Sabaton: No Bullets Fly
Judas Priest: Electric Eye
Tempest: Watch Out, Rock For the Light
Stryper: Soldiers Under Command
Firehouse: Overnight Sensation, Door to Door
Vixen: Rev it Up
Van Halen: China Town
W.A.S.P.: School Daze, Inside the Electric Circus, The Heretic, Shotgun
likely many more.

Re: Which songs "pump you up"?
I'm big into powerlifting, and forms of conditioning such as sandbag carries, hill sprints, heavy sledgehammer swinging, axe throws, etc. if your mom can do it I don't. Songs are too numerous but bands that keep a heavy rotation for me, meaning I can and do listen to anything from them and it pumps me up are: fear factory, mnemic, heaven shall burn, newer caliban, raunchy, machine head, demon hunter, love and death, living sacrifice, ektomorf, soulfly, sepultura, rammstein.Something about these bands just flips a switch and I can go from 0 to 100 in a second. I would charge the beaches of Normandy on D day listening to these bands, or at least trying, if I could hear over the gunfire, explosions and screaming.

I used to listen to Living Sacrifice's "Burn The End" before playing a show. I still get pumped when I listen to it.

Re: Which songs "pump you up"?
For me running while listening to metal is something i absolutely love. I always put my music phone player on random list to avoid repetitive listens to any album/song/artist. That said, some of my favourites are:
Soilwork - Sadystic Lullabye, Machine gun Majesty, Grand Failure Anthem
In Flames - Artifacts of the black Rain, Jotun, Scorn
Dark Tranquillity - The New Build, Surface the Infinite, Zodijackyl light
Hypocrisy - War path, Tales of Thy Spyneless, Adjusting the sun
Kalmah - The blind leader, Man with mystery
Arch Enemy - Silverwing, Dead bury their dead, Beast of man
Nightrage - Hero, Kiss of a Psycophant, Delirium of the Fallen
Immortal Souls - Nuclear winter, Winter of my discontent
Disarmonia Mundi - Clay of Hate, Building an Empire of dust
Living Sacrifice - Overkill Exposure
Anorexia Nervosa - The Shining
And still many more...
