All Time Favorite Mortification Song

Its been awhile since I have seen a fave song thread so which is your fave from Morti's entire discography

Mine would either be

Overseer from Post Momentary Affliction

or

Blood Sacrifice from Break The Curse

O man that's a hard choice... 
Inflamed? or maybe Death Requiem? both from scrolls?

or maybe something from their debut album. I don't think i could choose one...

I may be confused, but did we do this not too long ago?

Of course many to choose from.  I guess my gut says Death Requiem.  It' simple but memorable.

I've always been very fond of Butchered Mutilation, Overseer, Grind Planetarium, and Raise the Chalice.  The guitar tone in Raise the Chalice is just HEAVY.

Can't do it, far too many that I am fond of...but I do remember being blown away by "Sybiosis" when I first heard it!

I look back at posts I did a "little while ago" and it turns out to be over 14 months old

Maybe we did albums recently but oh well

I remember that thread.  I think every song from Scrolls were named but songs from all but one or two albums got mentioned too.

depending on my mood either Scrolls of the Megilloth or Influence (from Triumph of Mercy).

I'm a much bigger fan of early Mortification than I am of their later stuff.

My top 5:

1. Distarnish Priest
2. Monks of the High Lord
3. Symbiosis
4. Nocturnal
5. Terminate Damnation

This is one band I actually loved at first ... but as they continued to release material that was in another direction from their roots, I began to lose interest. I no longer follow this band. But I sure do like their first 4 albums!
