Recently Experienced Shows

Saw two of the "Big Four" on Monday night, Anthrax and Slayer. Missed Kvelertak (seen them before and didn't really enjoy them, and that was at a headline show). Got to the venue (awesome 1930s building in South-west London) in time to see most of Anthrax, they were in good form, and put a smile on my face. Don't think they were quite as good as when I saw them in 2013, but still solid. Slayer were far more viscious. 95 minutes of non-stop aggression. Closing with South Of Heaven/Raining Blood/Angel Of Death was brutal. It's the fourth time I've seen them and by far the best - the last two times were at festivals and I didn't enjoy them much.

On a side note, I just discovered that Nile has cancelled their 2016 tour. So I won't be seeing them in January after all. Bummer.



But on the bright side I just found out that both Queensryche AND Cradle of Filth are gonna be here in February!!!

One of my fave bands, War Of Ages, with Chaotic Resemblance, I love those guys

and The Protest I just saw with Disciple but that would've been amazing

Saw The 77's a couple weeks ago. Amazing show!

Yeah its a great show, and free. Its a good cause, Jamie, the former drummer of Far From Sanity organizes the Not So Silent Night every year and we always raise a lot of toys for the kids. This year we raised 950 toys

Lucky!   I might never get to see them. I don't think they come here.

My last few shows have been: Dream Theater, Tony MacAlpine, Nili Brosh (twice), and Trans Siberia Orchestra. I don't really go to many metal shows these days. I mainly go see guitar players. TSO was a Christmas show and it was a great show and they rock hard as well.

I am about to purchase tickets to Cradle of Filth! They will be here next month!!!

Tell me about it! Last concert I saw was last August (KMFDM) - and it feels like a month ago or so!

Last Monday, the 15th, I saw a great concert in Salt Lake City. Ne Obliviscaris, Butcher Babies and Cradle of Filth! Here are a few pictures!

I am going to see I The Breather and Forevermore on I The Breather's Final Farewell Tour

Next week of course, when they hit Spokane

I will going with my dad and some friends

Have fun Hardcore! Looks like that same tour is coming here too! I'm not familiar enough with them to go though. Are they all Metalcore bands?

The three on the tour yes, I only know the first two (I The Breather and Forevermore are Christian bands)

Their of course will be a couple openers depending on the city, here I believe their will be two opening acts
