Greg Sweet of Watchmen fighting for his life
The Bloodgood Facebook page posted a prayer request for Greg Sweet, saying that he was in ICU and fighting for his life.
Greg Sweet was the lead singer for the 80s band Watchmen, and also co-wrote the Bloodgood song I Will

I think I saw on facebook (Bloodgood's page) that he lost the battle and has gone on to be with our Lord.

..sad for the family because i'm sure they will miss him....but Greg is probably not complaining right now.
Behold our shield, O God, And look upon the face of Your anointed. For a day in Your courts is better than a thousand outside. I would rather stand at the threshold of the house of my God Than dwell in the tents of wickedness.

Sorry to hear this...thankfully he is with our Lord above.

I was looking at his Vimeo page. A couple videos really popped.
Greg Sweet Testimony
Life is visceral. It's not always clean and neat as we would like it to be. Here you have a guy who sang powerful songs for the Lord in a great band and then after lived a very selfish life for many years. Then in His great mercy, God woke the man. Praise God for His mercies!
You are a Trophy !!!
I think that sometime those nearing death have a greater sense of clarity, or even a clairvoyance that the rest of us lack. May we all come to an emotive state of knowing God's love for us!
