Not interested in the movie, but I will tell you that Chaotic Resemblance is a great group of young guys who are very vocal about their beliefs. They are a Christian "sleeze" band. They have one full length album and 2 EPs.

The funny thing is, I don't remember hair metal bands of the early to mid 80's having tats....the way I remember it, it wasn't until the late late 80's (like '89) and early 90's they all started getting tatted up

I liked their Facebook page, and hope this movie lives up to its potential.

I can see where the movie is going and I like the concept and I see the Stryper/Guardian connection with the mention of Enigma Records. It would be interesting if they put out a movie about the Rise and Fall of Stryper and how they got back on track back around the early 2000's, sort of a story of redemption based on his Honestly book. Michael Sweet can be the honorary director overseeing everything. If MotleyCrue as one of the most popular glam/sleaze bands has a movie in the works, then Stryper, one of the most popular Christian Metal Bands can do the same with help from the movie industry.

If the clip is like the movie it looks cheesy. The look is off as well. Lip piercing? In the 80's?

I cannot count the number of films I have seen that were supposed to be a particular period where things were just not quite right.  It isn't just Christian films that make time period mistakes.  As a movie, I am not expecting every little detail to be perfect. 

Personally, I will probably see this just out of curiosity and as a fan of Schlitt and Chaotic Resemblance.

Motley Crue and Ozzy were inked in the early 80's.

I know some bands had tats....but it always seemed they had them covered for their promo photos or maybe only had one on their arm. Not like today, where everyone seems to have both arms, chest and back totally covered.

Although I initially didn't care about the movie, I wound up wanting to support this due to Chaotic Resemblance. But the more I look it over, it scares me to invest in it.

First, the rewards are kind of crazy. You have to go all the way up to $100 to get a copy of the DVD when it comes out..really? And even though they say it will be signed, they tell you it will be signed by whoever they can get. So no guarantee it will be anyone you even care about..,

Also, the goal is high. 50k. I don't see them getting that, which means the project won't be funded.

Because it is classified as flexible, you will get charged the moment you sign up and you will not get a refund if they miss the goal.

Indiegogo also does not guarantee you will receive your pledge rewards.

So tell me....what am I missing that would make me feel secure contributing?

I usually support crowd funding projects, this just seems hard to swallow.

Biohazard always had lots of tats on display in the late 80's

I'm sorry, but the acting displayed in the trailer is just.. bad..

Musicians don't normally make for good actors.
