Not quite the same vein as those guys, as they aren't metal, but Kutless, Pillar, and Skillet are all working on new ones. Skillet is just getting started, so maybe not until 2016.  Pillar's is supposed to be done soon.

NYVES (Demon Hunter's Ryan Clark and Project 86's Randy Torres) is done and due to be released soon.

D.I.G. - I don't think you quite have Stryper's identity. Can't see Stryper with skulls or skeletons on their cover. lol!
