Re: Terminator Genisys
I have some questions thou :
SPOILER ALERT
-Who sent Arnold back in time?
-In the time JC sent Reeze back a new technology takes over JC and transformed him into what we see later, who developed that technology?
-Was that technology sent from a different future to take JC?

Re: Terminator Genisys
- Who sent Arnold back was wiped from is memory chips so Skynet couldnt go track down that person.KaramKaram wrote:-Who sent Arnold back in time?

-JC is taken over by the (robot) Genisys/Skynet right a he time travels which is why Reese gets the visions of his other self because it completely changes the timeline for like the 4th time in all the movies.
-Who knows

Re: Terminator Genisys
Anyone else a little bummed with the bad reception of Genisys?
It sucks that it way underperformed
I hate that the critics butchered it
And I really hope they get the chance to make the next 2 in the trilogy

Re: Terminator Genisys
New here (been lurking for a few months) but I will throw in my 2c (includes spoilers)
I really liked Genisys, it rebooted the franchise without actually rebooting it, I loved how they integrated scenes from the first movie into genisys, I am assuming we will find out a lot more about who sent the terminator back in the sequels, but what is interesting is now reece and sarah are in the future on a different timeline, will they have to go back to the 80's because if they don't John will not be and how will they get there now they destroyed skynet, I always use the back to the future logic when figuring time travel and the fact that the terminator was still with them at the end means that skynet has not been destroyed, now I could be wrong (I thought I was wrong once, turns out I wasn't though j/k) so I guess there are so many ways this could go, they could actually keep the sequels going forever

Since the "Guardian" was still functioning doesnt that mean the core was not destroyed.
In theory they could keep resetting and remaking movies

Re: Terminator Genisys
I actually did not like the movie very much. It came across to me as a big budget B movie in a franchise that has played itself out. Like Jurassic World.
The story line was just getting too confusing, and it had lost all the linearity and nightmarish terror that distinguished the original.
I don't think I will see any future installments, at least not in the cinemas.
