New bands with that old sound

To branch off of an idea from the "Is Christian Metal Dead?" topic... A lot of us here like the old bands. We also like a band like Theocracy that uses classic metal stylings. So my question is, what up and coming new or newer bands have that classic metal sound?  When I say "classic metal", I'm meaning a general term that covers any of the metal styles from back in the say (thrash, glam, NWOBHM, and good old straight forward heavy metal to name a few)

One band that we've been talking about that I think qualifies is the upcoming Worldview record.

What are some others?

HATING EVIL is one of the most promising IMHO.

To me, new bands comprised of veteran members is not really a new band.

Dude, that defines a lot of bands in the Christian music genre. "So and so from [fill in the old band name] has formed a new band named [new band name]"

I agree with TOB about Hating Evil.  Their "Rotten Inside" album is one of my favorite albums for 2014. Another band I really like is Northern Flame. Excellent band.

Yes they are.

Boy, I sure wish there was some Christians bands that sounded like Striker, Cauldron, Enforcer, Wolf, or Jack Starr.

Chaotic Resemblence--they have a new professionally done full length album called "Rock The Hell Out"

GX Project--with only two albums, some folks might not know who they are

Eden's Way--they are definitely a classic band that many folks haven't heard or heard of before.

Sardis--they have a singer that sounds different, but the guitarist sounds a lot like Randy Rhodes era Ozzy.

My own project Mission Of One.  You can get my new CD that was released this year from me either by PMing me, messaging me through the Mission Of One Facebook page, or through Tate Music Group.  Through me will be cheaper.  Hint, hint.

Messenger--a European band with a new EP called "Perfect Storm".  Good stuff!  

Millennial Reign--they only have one album thus far and will soon drop their 2nd.  That is still a new band to me.

Cool, I see Chaotic Resemblence is on Spotify, will give it a listen and decide if I should pick it up.

I have to say that Letter 7 reminds me a lot the old Stryper and Bloodgood days. If you're a fan of these bands, you must give L7 a try!
