For me, I think it started with Savatage's "Gutter Ballet". It had a symphonic sound without being overdone. When they did their version of "Carol of the Bells", it added a "cool" factor to Christmas music, which I had pretty much seen as a beating. Savatage morphs into TSO and I followed along. That's how I got there. Maybe you just need a good dose of Gutter Ballet. Laughing
