Please pray for my son Timothy

My wife and I are devasted, my youngest son Timothy has been diagnosed with Leukaemia.  Please pray for him and my family.

Just filling you guys in, Timothy has been diagnosed with Acute Myloid Leukaemia and had just started Chemotherapy.  Please remember him and my family in your thoughts and prayers.

Still praying here. I work in the healthcare field and am sorta familiar with AML. I could spout off the statistics about success rates of chemo and all that but instead I'll remind you that with God all things are possible!

Thank you. With the amazing God we have there is nothing that is beyond Him. I won't look at statistics because I want to have the kind of faith that believes that God will heal my son whatever the odds.... and also because I'm scared too.

I'm really sorry to hear this.  I will definitely be praying.

Timothy's white cell count has reduced by 20% after 24 hour of chemo. His red cell count has also reduced but the doctors will be giving him extra blood over the next few days.

White cell count down by over 75% now, red cell count is good but he is feeling and being very sick. The doctors are giving him anti-sickness medicine, they have tried 2 different types so far so am praying the next one will be effective so he can eat,drink and sleep properly.

Thankyou God for the wonders you are doing.    Timothy's white cell count now 14, his temperature is normal which is great.  As well as praying for the Leukaemia to be destroyed please pray for Timothy to be able to eat and drink as he is constantly feeling sick.

Any more news mate? How are things going?

Timothy's white cell count is now 0.5, the red cell count is around 80.....platelets are a bit low.  We have a couple more days of intense chemotherapy before he has a break for a while.  He is being sick quite frequently and not eating and drinking.  He has had an NG tube fitted and and will be fed through his central line by TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition).  His weight has dropped over 3kg.  Please continue to pray for Timothy's treatment and specifically that he will stop feeling sick and be able to eat and drink normally again.

Continuing to pray. That TPN is good stuff. If he can't/won't eat, it'll provide more than enough nutrition.

Timothy is having lots of side effects from his treatment, sickness and his skin is itching. He is also getting bed sores but at least we managed to get out in his wheelchair yesterday.
