Please pray for my cat...

I know it sounds weird, but please pray for my cat Spoompy. She's 13 years old and has a bad uterine infection that is causing her liver to fail. She's having an emergency hysterectomy tomorrow morning. I've been through a lot with this cat so she's kinda my kid.

I'll pray for you, but it's time. I had to do the same for the same reason once.

It may not be her time. The doc gave her a 50/50 on surviving surgery, and she survived the night and is resting comfortably now. They gave her a ton of antibiotics and she's responding well to them.

They're going to keep her another night, until she can eat on her own. Right now they're forcing nutrients. She's well enough they invited me to come see her if I want!

The doc said Spoompy woke up from surgery PISSED at the world. That's good! She's got some fight left!!!

She's home. The aftercare for her is pretty intensive. Lots of medication, force feedings and possible IV.

It's not easy to force feed a cat food or pills by the way...
