Another prayer request

Soooo yeah... I just really wonder about a lot of stuff. Theology sometimes, gets me sorta stressed and I feel like I do a lot of mental gymnastics and I'm not sure it's for the best or if it's just silly. So yeah, I'm just asking for prayer that I'd know what the truth in these things are.

Will pray that you will be sensitive to the Holy Spirit and that you will come to a better understanding of truth.  We could all use a prayer like that.  Shall we be in agreement?

"Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven." (Matthew 18:19)

I pray that you come to rest in grace of God in Christ, and I ask God to do this for you so you don't end up wrestling w/things like this that rob you of the peace of Christ for most of your adult life...

....i'll be praying for you, but I hope you are in a good Church with people who can help you sort this stuff out.

For now, I would just read your bible and be in prayer. I seriously would just focus on good biblical hermeneutics and exegesis. There really is no mystery with bible interpretation. If you have a good interpretational foundation, it will be easy to pull the theology out thats already in the text.

The thing about " wanting " to know the truth is that you have to be willing to move in the direction that the " truth " is leading. Regardless of what it costs your life.
