Prayer request.....

we literally just had a dryer fire. No injuries, no structural damage, house stinks. Thing is we had a "real" housefire 4.5 years ago, and I can already see "the look" in the kids' eyes. If y'all could pray some mental protection and peace of mind over everyone, it would be very much appreciated!

I know that look. Got some relatives that survived a tornado hitting their house and they have just that anytime a pretty big storm hits.

Thank you one and all. Kids are much better today. Oldest daughter is replaying everything with the "what should i have done differently" thing going on despite my reassurances(and the answer is "nothing", she handled everything almost perfectly!), we just have to deal with the fallout of my almost 5 year old's favorite princess Elsa dress being in the dryer when it went. Hopefully we can find a replacement before the realization dawns on her.....

Oh dear! I have a 4 year old daughter and she LOVES her 'princess dresses'! That is a true crisis! Will be praying for you to find a new one and fast!

New dryer in, laundry getting caught up, most stink is out of the house except for a stubborn bit in te back stairwell.......God is good, and thank you all!
