I need prayer

I am just requesting prayer im really in need of it. Theres a lot of garbage in my head a lot of anger sadness and loneliness. I dont trust the church im to afraid to seek help from any pastor just please anyone that cares please remember me in your prayers when you have your prayer time. My name is Ted.
