The Perfect Way To Explain Theocracy?

I've had an opinion on a good way to explain Theocracy and I want to see what people think... ...And Justice For All(or MOP) + Power Metal + Christian Lyrics  = Theocracy. What do y'all think? (This especially works for Mosaic imo.) I would also like to hear how you guys would explain Theocracy.

No. It's thrash, power, and progressive all mixed together. Multiple Theocracy riffs have a Metallica-ness to them. Nailed reminds me of Blackened, for example. They have thrash influence but it's a certain thrash. And I think AJFA is closest to it. AJFA also has the prog element. That's my thought process anyway.
