dElohim (Power/Prog Metal - Brazil) are returning with a new single! [Update 27/04 - single already released!]

dElohim: Brazilian band makes a triumphant return to the scene with the single “Lost”

After a long period of waiting, the Brazilian band dElohim returns to activities and launches “Lost”, their first original release in almost 10 years.

With the recordings taking place at Green House Studio (drums), Moeh Studio (vocals) and in the other musicians' home studios, “Lost” is produced by guitarist Vitor Lopes and mixed/mastered by Tito Falaschi, and represents a new beginning for the band, which began its career in 1998 and enjoyed a certain prestige in the brazilian Power Metal scene in the early 2000s, even having a demo being performed – and very well evaluated – in Japanese territory.

Inactive since the beginning of the 2010s, the group even tried to rehearse a more concrete return in 2015, but constant line-up changes ended up delaying such a return. In 2017, an opportunity arose to participate in a competition promoted by the American band Theocracy, where they received an honorable mention due to the registered version of the song “Ghost Ship”. In 2023 the group was one of the guests to participate in “Show All The World – A Latin American Tribute to Narnia” which, as the name says, is a tribute made by South American bands with the aim of paying homage to the Swedish band Narnia, where they recorded the song “Sail Around The World”. Now with a stabilized lineup that includes Celso Fernandes (vocals), Vitor Lopes (guitar), Fernando Poi (bass) and Lucas Assunção (drums), dElohim takes the first steps on this new path with the release of an original song and which will lead to the first album, already named “Triumphant March”.

The single “Lost”, in the words of Vitor Lopes, is “a victory for us at dElohim. We spent years preparing for this and we finally made it available. Everything was prepared with great care and I am grateful for the presence of a legend like Celso de Freyn (ex Stauros, Maestah) participating along with our vocalist Celso Fernandes and also for having the exceptional Tito Falaschi in the mixing and mastering, which made the song even brighter”.
