To Hell with the Devil is the worst classic Stryper album.

As the World Bleeds is a fantastic album—but it’s still the worst Theocracy album.

Red Sea’s Blood is massively overrated. Die Happy II is a much better album.

Tourniquet is unlistenable.

The Gift of Music is good actually

Stop the Bleeding is one of the best debut albums i’ve ever heard, Christian or secular. Probably second only to Theocracy’s debut. And yes, it still beats thrash classics like Metallica and Megadeth early albums

I’d say his rhythm playing is top-notch. The early D albums arent uniformly strong riff-wise, though, except for Weapons. Later D is more unique (and really good).

StB is the greatest debut in thrash metal, I’ll say that.

I just wish he would do more with the project Jupiter VI. Moveable Walls is probably my favorite prog rock album (or EP I guess) of all time. He touched on a similar style with Eraserhead too, with songs like The Watchers

With very few exceptions, I'm not a fan of female vocals in rock or metal.

I love female vocals when they’re melodic. But I rarely like the operatic style (bar The Trilogy of Knowledge).

Impelliteri's Pedal to the Metal is a highly underrated killer album.

I’m the opposite, for the most part the only female-voiced metal I like is that with operatic vocals

I find that most (not all) of these types of bands are about average to my ears. The only thing they have going for them is having a female singer. Bonus points if she's hot. Music for the eyes and all that. Simp-metal?
