asking a couple of questions

i am going to go out of my way to say I am only on here out of curiosity. I was curious about a question involving the intersection of the scientific theory of inclothed cognition  and indentities like Christiaan metal fan... you see Inclothed cognition states the way you are dressed effects not only identity but ability. ie give a group of people lab coats. split them int two groups tell the two different group that the coats are really doctors jackets. the other half their wearing painter smocks and watch there abilites change accordingly... inclothed cognition even stems from your physical body or idetity.. i.e. s many southerner into country because of the incloted cognition that they are suthern..

so here is where I get to the meat of it. how does being both Christiaan and a metal head effect youer personal chosen style and aesthetics. do you stuck with angelic symbols or do you love demons but in themeing only... I am genuinely curious. in turn di yiy think your chosen esthic effects you if you do wear it and in what way....

Interesting question. I have never heard of “inclothed cognition” before, but to me it sounds like a dubious theory at best. I personally don’t wear anything related to my musical tastes, I just wear normal clothes. I would question a Christian who wore demonic imagery though. Not because the clothing would affect the wearer’s state of mind, but because it would be a public endorsement of occultism

I dress as comfortable as possible and slightly nerdy. I do dress nice for certain pastoral tasks, though.

You make me smile when it's said and done.  Do you pump up a yellow and black stryped space suit to avoid the ultraviolet red sun rays on your ranch on Mars at the end of the day?  There would be little stress on that sea of tranquility.

During season, I  largely sport NFL-related paraphernalia.   Today, my Mahomes jersey.

I dress like anyone else. T shirts with no graphics, button up shirt over it, regular jeans, ball cap with no logo. Nothing notable about me lol.


I ain't really into the classical metal aesthetic these days. But as a teenager I did the whole thrash metal look thing
