They practically were at first. Kai Hansen was in the original line up. And Sielck was the original bassist for Helloween on the early demos. And of course Stauch came from Blind Guardian to do drums.

Somehow I'm reminded of Kamelot but the singer isn't quite as good. Still, it's quality.

Uh oh, is this supposed to be in the Christian thread?! I looked them up and could not quite tell. And I forget who here recommended them.  

I don't think they're Christian though they do bring metaphysical ideas into the lyrics. What do you think of this singers voice?

So I'm thinking about finally seeing Buns and Noses, er, I mean Guns N Roses later this summer at Wrigley Field. I'm listening to a boot recorded at the beginning of their current tour and am only impressed with half of the set list:

Interesting. I haven't listened to their earlier albums, so I can't comment on that. I enjoyed the music enough that I will check out their earlier stuff.

Watching/listening to this recent GnR concert makes me think something is off, really off with Axl. He def no longer has the moves, barely has the vocals. He seems short of breath. Heroin is such a brutal drug. Scary to watch. Dare say he might have a heart attack at any moment. Yet so glad he lost all that weight. But he is a shell of what he once was, so sad. Hats off to the rest of the band, they still got it!. I think I will give this high dollar tour a pass. Who knows, I might change my mind

100% exactly how I feel! But the rest of the band rocks on! Do yourself a favor and tune in at 1:27 to behold the greatness of the rest of the band. I cannot control the tears.
