Great section!!

I just noticed this! As some may be aware, I was 525 pounds on my last tour (with Disciple) it was the biggest I had ever been. I was always big, but got so huge I couldn't walk steps without stopping for a breath.
I am now at 275 and am trying to be in even better shape, so this forum is awesome!

Thanks ya!- It was actually just eating only Organic and sticking mainly to juicing. It was really no work at all. Just a lifestyle change.
