Sounds like something off one of Ty's solo albums, not bad.

I really like this song!
It starts off like the Beatles and then goes heavy like Sabbath.

Yeah Sabbath is my other fav band ever and this has big Sabbath vibes! Specially in the bass.

They've always kind of had that going on. Heavy in a 70's proto-metal/heavy prog kind of way.
Progarchives.com has them listed as "prog-related", but I think the "heavy prog" term fits them better.

Yeah there's a lot going on in their music but it's usually subtle, meaning they blend it all into their own distinctive sound without any of the sum of stylistic parts being too obvious, apart from the Beatlesque harmonies. From the songs I have heard from this album so far, the sum of stylistic parts seem to be more evident and clear to hear.
Let it Rain- Deftones drone and zepp elements loud and clear. The Intro to All God's children reminds me very much of thank you by Zepp maybe combined with here comes the sun and definitely The Big Picture. There is identical picking parts from big picture and Pleiades in there too with ever so sight country lickage. The there's the Geezer like bass playing going on. Interesting- just a few more days now and I can listen to the full album!
