I can't find any info on them, even their Metal Archives page won't load.

Definitely hear the German thrash influences. In that regard, they are quite unique in that I can’t think of a US Christian thrash band dating all the way back to the 80s that has played thrash predominantly inspired by the Teutonic (or German thrash scene). At least none that played it well and got off the ground. They are seemingly a unicorn, especially considering they produced an EP flying completely under the radar. So often times there is hype in the scene with bands overpromising and underproducing. What a breath of fresh air for a band to take the scene by complete surprise and come out blazing without any fanfare or marketing of what is to come, beforehand.

I just found out that this band was started by two former members of Avenger of Blood.

So although the members may be believers, I wouldn’t expect any blatant or bold Christian lyrics. I’m expecting the songs to be more “anti-evil” in the sense that a secular band like Testament would write. “Seven Seals” is a good example.

Megadeth isn’t a Christian band yet many Christians like them. The way I see it… if this band doesn’t promote evil or the devil, they are not harmful. They are just entertainment.

Of coarse I would prefer them to be Christian because there is a big lack of quality thrash bands. And I never heard of one that plays the German style.

I bought the EP on iTunes. If they release a CD version (with lyrics) I’ll get that too.

You got to support the bands so they can make merch and more music. Steve Rowe probably would have signed them back in the day. He had signed “Screams of Chaos” and they were not blatantly Christian.

I was told that the Avenger of Blood demos were Christian metal, but the two full length albums were considered secular.

Correct. Only their first demo "Celestial War" was Christian.

Their former bassist has released some songs for his new Christian metal band called Reckoned Dead that are very good. They are working on a full-length album.

I'm surprised that this band Wraithkiller is said to have former members of AoB considering that Metal-Archives says that WK is based out of Tampa, Florida and AoB was based out of Las Vegas.

This is great! Sodom was a top 5 thrash band for me and Kreator was up there as well (especially Extreme Aggression/Coma of Souls). These guys are doing that sound well. Lot's of memorable riffs, great vocal delivery. I'm impressed.
