Ex-Christian rapper “Phanatik”

I’m not much of a rap fan, but it was brought to my attention that a popular Christian rapper has publicly denounced his faith. Kinda reminds me of the Gary Lenaire fiasco from years ago… fortunately, Gary has returned to God. 

It’s sad to see this happen. 

This caught me by surprise. Phanatik was one of, if not my all-time favorite Christian hip-hop artist. I have all four of his albums as well as all six albums from The Cross Movement. It's really sad to see this happen. I hope and pray that God brings Brady Goodwin back to the sheepfold just like he did with Gary.

I still listen to Phanatik's old music because he does speak truth in it, and it's a warning to myself to not drift away from the Lord.
