Help searching for a band

I was trying to search for a band I remembered from years back, I think they might have had maybe two albums.  Can't remember the name, and I think possibly it might have been a one man project (don't quote me on that though). It came out during the nineties and it was christian death metal/grind mixed with this sort of cyber technological Sc-Fi thing going on.

If I remember correctly, the album cover had some sort of warlord type cyborg or robot droid thing on it.  Can't find it anywhere so thought I might pick your fine folks brains, see if anyone knows.  Possibly they came from Australia and might have been on the raise the dead compilation, but I looked up the track list and only get the compilation 2 album list...  Anyone know what I'm on about...

Bro, your thinking of Screams of Chaos - Genetic War.  Yeah they were on raise the dead and another comp Rowe had and also had a video tape that this is off...

I love this album, great mix of industrial/black/metal. I remember reading they got in some hot water about the themes on the record.

They've probably answered your question but I thought of Cybergrind. They fit some of the criteria.

 You are correct, it is industrial black metal and bot so much death metal grind like I had remembered it to be.  What was the hot water situation all about?
