Upcoming SOUNDMASS label releases
Order at https://www.soundmass.com/product/motionless
“The guitar work is precise and diverse for the most part, running the gamut from technical death metal legatos to huge, lurching breakdowns. In addition to this, there's still room to spare for razor-sharp black metal chords and wandering guitar leads reminiscent of post metal. While such a variety of different influences may come together haphazardly in the hands of most death metal bands, Separatist manages to meld them together seamlessly to create devious compositions.”

Re: Upcoming SOUNDMASS label releases
Order at https://www.soundmass.com/product/closure
VK.com – “Separatist showcases an immense soundscape and it’s no wonder that Closure has already received numerous positive reviews from other sources. I revere this album as one of the best death metal albums of the 21st century. It represents a triumph of modern extreme metal and an ideal to strive towards for younger bands that want to experiment beyond the status quo. This album belongs in the collection of all devout technical death metal fans. A Tech-Death Triumph - 100%”
No Clean Singing – “This disc has become something of an obsession... Closure, despite its relatively feel-good ending, is a violent-as-all-get-out disc. If there’s anything that the region from which Separatist hails has mastered, it’s the suffocating, all-encompassing weight, the cavernous and bass-heavy album mix — creating music that sounds like it was recorded at the ends of the Earth during the apocalypse — which fits well with the themes and concept of Closure and its predecessor Motionless.”
Metal Injection – “Separatist do dense, heavy material right to put it bluntly. The awareness of flow in songwriting and ability to diversify extreme music in such a way where the songs come across more like movements to the apocalypse is astounding, beautiful and crushing. This is what heavy music needs more of. Never before have I heard a record where I can go five minutes and hear soaring cleans with angelic choruses behind them, guttural lows that make slam look like One Direction, black metal sections that legitimately creep me right the hell out and technicality that I can hum along to and remember once it's over. The writing on Closure has obviously been paid close attention to down to every last note and hit on it, almost as one composes an intricate symphony. You know what? Let's go there - Closure is the death metal symphony I've wanted to hear and never really got to this capacity. If you're looking for amazingly well written songs that find a way to be mindlessly heavy while paying mind to the projected mindlessness, then this is for you.”

Has anyone got the Mortification "Triumph of Mercy" re-issue yet?
If so, I'd like to hear what you think...
I'm thinking about buying it.

It’s a very enjoyable and well worth the purchase. The live disc sound has a raw and heavy feel to it.

Re: Upcoming SOUNDMASS label releases
I wish the shipping cost wasn’t insane. I’m not gonna pay the equivalent of another cd in shipping.
My only hope is checking Discogs.

If you order the vinyl 3-pack or 4-pack, we are only charging the shipping rate for 1 vinyl - that's a bargain and something we've never offered before.

Sorry, I was referring to CDs. I don’t own vinyl.
I was speaking “in general”…
Do you have plans for a new reissue of Relentless on CD?

Yeah, after the massive increase to international shipping prices last year ordering 1 or 2 CDs isn't great value, but it's much better (per CD) when ordering 3 or more CDs.
There won't be another re-issue of Relentless until the 2013 re-issue sells out - https://www.soundmass.com/product/relentless-re-issue
