Never, Neverland is my favorite Annihilator. It was also the first album I had heard by them.

When I was around 14, I had a friend who's dad was big into thrash and death metal. He knew I was always looking for new bands and dubbed a copy of Never, Neverland for me. I wore that cassette out! Finally found an actual copy when I was 16 or so. Got Alice In Hell and Set The World On Fire soon after. Been a huge fan ever since.

Yeah it's not one of the stronger releases. It was the beginning of their "heavy metal trilogy" as I call it. Set The World On Fire, King Of The Kill and Refresh The Demon. Then of course there was the "alternative" album, Remains. They all have their moments, but I'm glad they got back on track with Criteria For A Black Widow!
