New Band - Dominus Meus

First song for the upcoming debut album is complete. This is 'The Crushing'.

So this is a one-man band?   That's what I gather from the website.

Not sure what to make of the style.  What type of sound/style are you going for?

Yes this is a one person project. As far as style I would say it's influenced in some ways by Rammstein, Metallica, and perhaps Gojira. However, the goal for this project is to be Christian Metal. Although bands like Rammstein have great music with heavy grooving riffs and sometimes catchy choruses, I don't always like the message they send with their lyrics. Dominus Meus plans to look to the Bible for all song ideas and lyrics. Well I should say MOST, not all...I did just write an instrumental song and named it after a far away planet, so that would be an exception. But most if not all other songs will have lyric content that is interpreted from Bible passages.

This song I have posted here, 'The Crushing', is based on Psalm 110.

I am loving it all especially the 2 albums with Dale's vocals.
Probably because I love everything Evans & Stokes and most Bride.
I dare say that I'm liking this more than anything Bride since Scarecrow.
