Shadows of Paragon
I didn't saw a topic about this black/death metal band from Sweden.
They are still active, and they will release another album later this year or in 2020.
I did an interview with them the other day about the future album.

Re: Shadows of Paragon
I love that album! I check their Facebook once every few months along with Cerimonial Sacred, Crimson Moonlight, Divine Symphony, Grave Declaration and Golgota to see what they are up to. I'm happy Shadows of Paragon has been working but it's been nearly 3 years on this album. It stinks that the style is so difficult to be truly viable in. It seems it always takes a long time between releases or the band just disappears. I'm glad that they do it for the love of it and for ministry. Metalcore in the 2000's was something to get famous with. Christian Black Metal has never been like that. I just wish bands were more prolific somehow.
I had read your interview back when it went up. Great job! It was good to hear the history, their mindset and get an update as their FB page has had little to speak of.

Me to! And thank you, really appreciate that.
Yes indeed so its great to know they are still active.
I will contact them later this year if they have some more news about the new album.
Other problem about the time issue is i think there are not many people that want to play black metal and share the christian message i guess.
Re: Shadows of Paragon
I hadn't heard of these guys so thanks for putting me onto them. I downloaded the free tunes, keen to hear more of their stuff.

Is saw that Vision of God records will release some new stuff off Golgota
Re: Shadows of Paragon
I saw that. Super excited that this is getting closer now! Going to be a top most anticipated album in 2020 along with the new Divine Symphony and Dalit albums!
Re: Shadows of Paragon
Yes! Finally!
Great single and glad that the keyboards mentioned in the recording weren't a symphonic addition. It's not that I would have really cared but this is already highly melodic. It's not necessary.
Definitely a top priority for 2021 along with Pantokrator and hopefully a new Divine Symphony album.

This is so huge! I have been waiting for this for a long time. It's been over ten years since their previous album (which was absolutely killer) and this sounds totally amazing as well. Love this band.
