New Darkwater album "Human"

I just heard the new Darkwater album Human after a little searching on youtube. I think it's another great album up there with their first two. I've long since forgiven them for misleading fans into thinking they were a Christian metal band like Harmony  :PI still really enjoy their sound. For the uninitiated, I would this one and Darkwater's last album as Dream Theater meets Evergrey and Kamelot (just without the power metal). The album is filled with great melodies and instrumentation that is proggy only to set the mood and not to show off much. 

I Love the first two DW Lps.  I was listening to the second one just the other day.  Thank you for posting this, I had no idea.

Yeah man, Where Stories End is my favorite! Great stuff.

I couldn't get into the first one and just didn't bother with anything after.

Whaddya guys think about Darkwater?  Ulterium Records is having a 15% off sale and I'm considering finally picking up their CDs.  I love the related bands 7Days and All Things Fallen.  I haven't read through their lyrics; anything potentially objectionable?  Thanks!

Nothing objectionable.  Just a few dark journeys, which is to be expected...

I think this is the best prog metal album of the past 10 years or so.

Awesome, thanks.  I think I might just pull the trigger then.  

They're pretty good but my interest in this kind of 'pure' prog metal is limited. So I don't feel the need to add their albums to my collection.

It's been a while since I've listened to it, but I thought "Human" was a brilliant album.

I never got this one, but like I said almost 5 years ago, I Love their first two....and, still listen to them.

I think Darkwater is a “Christians in a band” deal. They are the same guys from Harmony, a Christian band
