Tourniquet has been plagiarized by Slipknot?

I found this video on facebook and "I smelled a rat". Plagiarism or just coincidence?

Somewhat similar style to Tourniquet riffs in general, but hardly a copy of Pecking Order in my opinion.

I think it's just coincidence, but I can definitely understand why the question would be posed...

I agree that it's probably just coincidence.  However, it wouldn't be the first time they ripped off a christian band, so there is precedence with them.  Observe:

(This is a good-natured JOKE!  Inevitably there will be similarities with metal bands, I don't think anything DH/Slipknot nor anything in this thread is likely to have been intentionally "stolen!")

That's quite a flattering compliment when Slipknot is inspired by Christian bands
