Extol : back with founding members?

Great news. Their last album was really good. They rarely disappoint.

It's good to have members that will help fund the band.

I give it 5 stars and it's not even out!

Best news I've heard in 5 yrs. Five years since the self titled, my favorite album of all time. Fleshkiller was amazing but no one beats David's drumming or Peter's vocals.

Extol are amazing.  I know this because I don't like that kind of music, and yet I own a couple of their CD's and have a hoodie too! ha!

Fleshkiller was amazing.  I bought it on a whim and had no idea Ole Borud was involved until I bought it.  It could be a later Extol CD if Peter was the vocalist.

A week ago we dropped some hints about activity in the Extol camp. Many drew the conclusion that Extol would release new material, and we are overwhelmed by the massive response and your enthusiasm! It seems you guys still believe in us and our abilities to pull off something new and creative even though we were all born in the 70's. Thank you so much for your attention!
That being said, last week´s post was not about Extol. It referred to the two founding members, David and Christer. Together with Eleni Zafiriadou and Liam Wilson, they bring forth a rejuvenated musical vision, this time under the name AZUSA. Expect thrash metal sprinkled with progressive extravaganza.

With passion, perseverance and creative playfulness we have prepared some tunes that will lead you straight into the Azusa universe. Honestly, loved Fleshkiller and thought this would signal the end.

After hearing Azusa, now we have two killer bands from the former Extol camp. I'm pumped!

I agree! I am very excited for the future of both bands

Not sure what being born in the 70's has anything to do w/being creative...
