I've been listening to a lot of Tublatanka on youtube today. They're every Slovak's favorite Slovak metal band and for good reason; they're great! Veronika and I are planning on visiting her family there next month so I think I'll pick up as many of their albums as I can while I'm there! (Also, they got two Christmas albums which seem quite Christian and not just about Santa Claus or roasting chestnuts or whatever.)

Good man Metaldude, though you're incorrect about one thing: you DO have MANY choices: Signum Regis, Trigger, Within Silence... Razz

P.S. if you want another really great Slovak band, I highly recommend Sexit. They're not a Christian band, but as far as I'm aware, their lyrics are totally clean and some songs seem to suggest a Christian stance.

Slovak Maiden-esque metal (for this album, and then eclectic rock with metal touches for their later albums). These guys quickly became one of my favorite bands soon after discovering them.
