Christian rock/metal Book/film biographies

Does anyone know of any published resources for history of Christian metal scenes/industry from the 1980s-1990s? I'm pretty interested in first hand written accounts of what the industry was like working with labels like Frontline, Venues and festivals like Sanctuary and C stone, or producers like Elefantes, Tamplin, etc.

I don't know of any but if anyone does it'd be Scott Waters.

Dale did one (online) on his journey with Bride and how things went with those who produced and marketed the albums.  I remember finding it quite interesting that he said he kept back the better songs from Silence Is Madness, and put them on the next album (Kinetic Faith).

Steve Rowe biography
Rubber Meets the Road - a roadie for Bloodgood and Barren Cross in the 80's talking about touring.  Not sure how easy this is to find.
