He looks okay although don't know much about him.  The issue with U.S. non-preferential voting is you may be 'wasting' your vote.  The game is different with preferential in that you get to say "I want Hoefling, but if he doesn't have enough then I want my vote to count for Trump/Clinton".  The downside is it can confuse people and parties can make deals and assign default preferences to each other.

I vote my conscience. I don't vote for winners, I vote for the right person or I don't vote at all.

I had dinner with Tom just a few weeks ago and have known him since 2007. There's no one more qualified in this race.

My Star Wars analogy. Voting for Trump is like voting for Jabba the Hutt and a vote for Clinton is like a vote for Senator Palpatine.

I agree with you that neither of them deserve our votes. I have no problem with you or anyone choosing to either not vote out of protest or vote for another like Hoefling or such. Though, I wouldn't hold it against anyone if they were to vote Trump on account of the greater malady of Clinton either.

Man that was tough. As I took the quiz I thought ... hmm, I could see either one saying this, the difference between them is just so razor thin.
