I like it. I can't tell you how it compares to their other works as this was my first album from them.

I will say that I wouldn't consider it a stereotypical power metal album. It's more symphonic and progressive, imo. It reminds me of TSO, at least a little. I can see why Kerrick likes it... there's a little Maiden in there as well.

Angra was one of the very first metal bands I discovered and I have remained a fan throughout the years so they're a bit nostalgic for me. I've heard very positive things about the new one and am eager to hear it! Their early material is phenomenal and their most previous album to Omni is also quite good, though their mid-career material (Temple Of Shadows through Aqua) doesn't hook me.
