Dale Thompson was the best from '88 to '92 or so.
He's still good, but he was Pedestal Man in Christian metal during that time period.

Dale had a great voice, but I still think I’d put Guy above him.
As for the best Christian metal voice overall (not just falsettos), I’d probably have to go with Christian Liljegren, or maybe Chaz Bond

On a serious note, Jimmy P Brown is probably my favorite Christian vocalist. Obviously there's some bias towards Deliverance there, but he's got such a great voice, at least for clean singing. I might prefer Guy's harsher vocals though.

WM&RD is probably my second favorite TQT album vocally; my first is Vanishing Lessons.
