Why Isn't Leap Day Our Biggest Secular Holiday!?

It's just once every four years! 

It should be a day of no school/work.

It's rare and fun.

The show 30 Rock has an episode: in the 30 Rock Universe everyone does celebrate it. Blue and Yellow are the colors. 

Anyhow, my family and I do celebrate now. 

I'm wearing my Dan Fouts Chargers throwback jersey, among other things, to mark the day.


And yes, I'm aware of the contradiction of a secular holiday.

The Frasier episode about Leap Day is one of the funniest episodes of the show.
